Watched Contracts

Watched contracts are the smart contracts you want to observe and monitor in your on-chain application.

When you watch a contract, contract.dev automatically indexes its on-chain activity and creates a dashboard for exploring its transactions, users, assets, value flows, methods and events.

You can also:

• Record their on-chain data over time as tracked metrics — plot the fees earned by my DEX.
• Monitor their behaviour and set up alerts — tell me when my liquidity buffer drops by 5% in a day.
• Index their state into tables — show me every active borrow made across my lending markets.

Contracts can be organised into groups of similar type, e.g. markets or liquidity pools.

You can then apply metrics, monitors, and state indexing over entire groups.
